Western Pharmacy Exchange (WPE) is a two and a half-day experience for pharmacy professionals and industry partners.  The new innovative learning format supports inspiration, collaboration, and problem solving in the various learning zones.  With nearly 30 continuing pharmacy education sessions, one of the largest pharmacy expos, and plenty of networking opportunities, WPE is the ideal place to acquire knowledge, challenge change, and inspire growth.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Groups of 5 or more pharmacists from the same pharmacy qualify for a special discounted rate.  All qualifying registrations must be processed at the same time and must be accompanied by one form of payment.  Group discount only applies to Pharmacist Pass and must be received no later than March 8, 2019.  Group registrations will not be accepted onsite.  Any change or cancellation to group registrations may affect discount rates.  This offer is not valid for student or guest passes.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

Cancellation/Refund Policies
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by January 18, 2019.  A refund of total paid minus a $100 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received by that date. CPhA regrets that no refunds will be issued after January 18, 2019.  All requests must be made in writing to CPhA registration via email at education@cpha.org. NO EXCEPTIONS

Group Discount Policy
CPhA offers group discounts for groups of 5 or more pharmacists from the same pharmacy.  All qualifying registrations must be submitted at the same time and must be accompanied by one form of payment.  Group discounts only apply to Pharmacist Pass and must be received no later than March 8, 2019.  Group registrations will not be accepted onsite.  Any change or cancellation to group registrations may affect discount rates. Group discount offers are not retroactive.  CPhA will not honor group discounts for registrations submitted at different times.  This offer is not valid for student or guest passes.

Because this event requires table assignment of participants, all changes and substitutions must be submitted in writing to CPhA staff no later than March 8, 2019. 

No-Shows
CPhA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Promotional Offers/Discount Codes
Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one (1) promo offer/discount code per registration.

Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.

 

REGISTRATION ELIGIBILITY POLICY

WPE was designed for pharmacy professionals including pharmacists, pharmacy students, technicians and industry professionals.  Industry professionals are defined as vendors providing products or services to pharmacy professionals.

Industry or Corporate Partners who are not pharmacists are permitted to register for the conference only if their company has purchased a booth.  Registration passes for Industry professionals/partners is determined by the booth purchase and/or corporate level partnership.

Guest passes are ineligible to earn continuing pharmacy education credits.

 

INELIGIBLE REGISTRATIONS POLICY

All registrations are subject to review to ensure it meets CPhA’s registration eligibility policies. CPhA reserves the right to reject/cancel any ineligible registration at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.

 

CONSENT CLAUSE

Registration and attendance at or participation in WPE activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to CPhA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the conference including but not limited to continuing pharmacy education sessions, exhibit show, and B2B meetings.

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are due at the time of registration. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please print multiple copies of the registration form to register additional attendees (one form per attendee).  For group registrations, all registrations must be submitted at the same time with one form of payment.

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Sessions eligible for continuing pharmacy education will be

10.35 CE hours

 

CONFIRMATION

Online registrations will receive an email confirmation as soon as payment is processed.  Faxed or mailed registrations can expect to receive an email confirmation within 10 business days.  If you do not receive a confirmation within the indicated time frame, please contact CPhA staff at education@cpha.com.
