Join the California Board of Pharmacy Executive Officer and CPhA’s General Counsel to discuss the latest changes in California laws pertaining to the practice of pharmacy, emphasizing those with potentially far-reaching provisions and examining their real world effects.
Learning Objectives

- Distinguish between old and new rules of pharmacy practice.
- Construct a pharmacy action plan to ensure conformity with all new laws.
- Identify potential pitfalls caused by the new pharmacy law.
Continuing Pharmacy Education
The California Pharmacists Association (#0113) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Upon completing an evaluation form, participants will be awarded 1.25 hours (0.125 CEUs) of Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit. A statement of credit will not be issued.
